What better way to spend a weekend than surrounded by crime, mystery, suspense and plenty of fascinating stories?
The very first Preston Crime Festival will kick off on Friday, September 25th, in my hometown, bringing together crime writers, readers and lovers of all things mysterious for three days of literary fun.
Friday evening will see the much-anticipated Noir at the Bar, where I’ll have the pleasure of reading an extract from The Whistle of Revenge. There’s something rather special about sharing a story with an audience who already understands the thrill of a good crime tale!
And before we know it, we’ll be heading into the final day of the festival.
I’m looking forward to meeting fellow crime enthusiasts, discovering new stories, enjoying fascinating conversations and celebrating the wonderful world of crime fiction. For its first festival, Preston is certainly set to make an entrance!
If you’re in Preston, there will be plenty of opportunities to join in the fun throughout the weekend.
Here’s to the first Preston Crime Festival... and hopefully, the first of many! 🔎📚
See you there, Preston!
